How does ordering work?

Add items to your cart, sign in with Google, and press Order via WhatsApp. Your full order opens in a WhatsApp chat with us, where we confirm stock and delivery. You pay on delivery by cash, UPI, or bank transfer. The website itself never takes your money.

Are pre-owned parts safe to buy?

Every pre-owned part is tested and benchmarked before it's listed, and it carries our own warranty on top. If a part arrives dead, we replace it or refund you.

How do I know a component fits my build?

Every product page lists a Compatibility line covering socket, wattage, or form factor. Not sure? Ask us on WhatsApp with your current specs and we'll check for you before you order.

Can I see a part before buying?

Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp and we can share live photos, benchmark results, or a video of the exact unit you'd receive.

How fast is delivery and what does it cost?

Delivery is free across Chennai (pincodes starting 600 to 603). Order before 6 PM and in-stock items arrive the next day. No deliveries on Sundays.

Do you deliver outside Chennai?

Not as standard yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your pincode and we'll see what we can arrange; for some nearby areas we often can.

How does selling work?

Find your part on the Sell page to see what we pay, tap Sell This, and tell us its condition. We agree a price on WhatsApp, come to your door anywhere in Chennai for free, test the part in front of you, and pay on the spot by cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

What decides the final price?

The listed price is the maximum for a fully working unit in good condition. Age, physical condition, box and bill, and test results decide the final offer. You're free to say no; there's no obligation and no pickup charge either way.

My part isn't on your price list. Will you still buy it?

Probably. We buy PSUs, cabinets, coolers, monitors, laptops, and full builds too. Use the Can't find your item box on the Sell page and we'll quote you on WhatsApp.

Do you wipe data from storage drives?

Yes. Any SSD or HDD we buy is securely erased before resale. If you prefer, wipe it yourself before pickup; we'll still buy it.

What warranty do parts carry?

New parts carry the full manufacturer warranty. Pre-owned parts carry our own warranty, minimum 1 month, with the exact term shown on each product page.

What if a part stops working?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Within the warranty period we repair, replace, or refund after checking the part. See the Warranty and Returns pages for the full policy.
